While looking for a house to buy, we visited many open houses. In most cases, we found the real estate agents to be not very useful. They were rather passive, often couldn't answer fairly basic questions, and collected contact information but never followed up. When we visited the house we ended up buying, we were not only positively impressed by the house but also by the real estate agent. Sue showed us around, answered our questions, talked about the strong points, but without pressuring us or hiding the weaker points. We also very much liked the online page that was made for the house, with all the important documents ready for download. When we decided to buy the house, Sue and Karen helped us to settle the purchase in a very short time period which allowed us to move to our new house the same week we had to leave our rental house.
